Understanding Your Goals
I ask a few simple questions so I can understand your business properly:
- What is the main goal of your organisation or brand?
- Who is your target audience?
- What is this project for, and what result do you expect?
- What style do you like, and are there any brands or examples you admire?
- Do you have a deadline or launch date?

Budget Discussion
Next, I ask about your budget so I can plan the work properly and suggest what fits you best.

Plan & Timeline
Once everything is agreed, I show you how the work will be divided into parts, how long each part will take, and when the whole project will be completed.

50% Advance Payment
To get started, I ask for 50% of the payment in advance. Once it is received, I begin working on your project.

Daily Progress Updates
I share the workflow and daily progress, so you can see exactly how your project is taking shape. If you would like any changes, just drop me a message and I will update them.

Final Delivery
When the whole project is complete, I show you the finished work for your review.

Remaining 50% Payment
Pay the remaining 50% and the project is handed over to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how Relol ("I", "me", "my") handles information when you visit this website. I keep things simple: this site is a portfolio and does not ask you to create an account or log in. The contact form simply opens a pre-filled email in your own email app; nothing is stored by this website.

I do not collect personal information through this website directly. I may receive information only when you choose to contact me, for example by using the contact form or emailing work@relol.in. In that case I receive your email address, your name if you share it, and whatever you write in your message.
2. How I use it
- To reply to your message and discuss projects, collaborations or influencer campaigns.
- To keep a record of our conversation for business and legal purposes.
I do not sell, rent or trade your information.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising trackers. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated first.
4. Third-party services
- Fonts: text on this site is loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
- External links: buttons to websites such as RydexBot, SpaceLife, RushMC, client sites and YouTube channels take you to sites I do not control. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
5. Data retention
Emails and messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request or as required by law. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by writing to work@relol.in. I will respond within a reasonable time.

I take reasonable steps to protect messages sent to me, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
